Refund Policy

The Shop at Philbrook Museum aims to provide an exceptional shopping experience, in-person or online. We have carefully selected each and every piece on our shelves, and if that quality falls short, we want to make things right. We will accept product returns within 30 days of receiving your item.

How to Return an Item

To begin the return process, please contact us at shop@philbrook.org. Once the decision is made, and your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Products must be in original condition, new and unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

Please check your package for damages upon delivery. If an item in your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately to help escalate the issue so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected we will notify you. At that time, if your return was approved, an automatic refund will be applied to your original payment method. This can take a few days to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, we do not offer returns or refunds on our tulip bulb collections or bouquet subscriptions.
